This project was designed and built with close friends Lathrop Strang and Erik Hendrix. Together we intertwined experimental architecture and tropical gardens. The terraced site plan nestles three units within a steep city lot, with a variety of outdoor living and garden spaces. Each casita has a kitchen/living space with accordian doors opening to a private terrace, and a garden bathroom that extends inside to out.
