This live-work/mixed use project features an L shaped courtyard that formalizes runoff into two urban tributaries. A slotted drain carries water through planting beds, providing irrigation to lush vegetation. A reciprocal pair of cast concrete fountain-benches form the center. One bench pours water into a slot in the paving, which is received by the other.
